Infant care requires the right fit
Parents may need support with feeding preparation, bathing, sleep routines, sterilising bottles, baby laundry and keeping the home organised. We clarify the duties and level of parental guidance before recommending candidates.
Questions we help families explore
- Has the candidate cared for newborns or infants before?
- Can she explain safe routines in her own words?
- How does she respond when a baby is unsettled?
- Is she comfortable following written schedules and parents’ preferences?
- What other household duties are expected alongside infant care?
Training and safety preparation
Psalm 23 helpers taking on infant-care roles are sent for practical infant-care training conducted by Singapore Nursing Board-registered nurses, covering essential skills for caring for babies safely and confidently.
Parents remain in control
We help you shortlist and interview, but you make the final decision. Clear instructions, supervised onboarding and regular communication are important, particularly during the first weeks in the home.
Paperwork made easier
Most of the hiring journey can be handled online. We support interviews, work-permit processing, digital documents, insurance and arrival arrangements, followed by two years of agency support.
