Matching beyond a biodata
A good match depends on more than age or years of experience. We learn about your household routine, the people who need care, language preferences, cooking needs, rest-day expectations and the level of guidance your family can provide.
We then recommend Indonesian helper candidates whose experience, communication and expectations fit your home. You interview shortlisted candidates before deciding, and there is no pressure to select someone who does not feel right.
Training and preparation in Singapore
Psalm 23 helpers have access to CPR + AED certification in Singapore. Where relevant, helpers may also have access to sponsored specialist infant or elder care training conducted by Singapore Nursing Board-registered nurses specializing in home and geriatric care.

Is an Indonesian helper right for your household?
Experience varies from person to person. Some candidates have worked in Singapore; others are first-time helpers who may benefit from patient onboarding. We help you assess actual work history, communication, care experience and willingness to learn rather than relying on nationality alone.
