One-to-One Eldercare Training at Home

One-to-One Caregiver Training at Home

For eligible CTG-supported eldercare placements, we can arrange one-to-one caregiver training in the care recipient's home, conducted by a qualified nurse.

The training is personalised to the care recipient's needs and focuses on practical skills that can help your helper feel better prepared for day-to-day care.

How Does CTG Work?

The Caregivers Training Grant (CTG) helps make approved caregiver training courses more affordable for eligible care recipients.

Eligibility and grant support are determined by AIC and may depend on the care recipient's circumstances, available grant balance and approved training programme.

How Does the Cost Work?

For eligible care recipients, the CTG can be used towards the cost of approved caregiver training.

The amount available depends on the care recipient's CTG grant balance, and a co-payment may apply.

For the one-to-one training we arrange, we will explain the applicable cost and support available to you before the training is confirmed.

Information on this page is intended as a general guide and is correct as at the date of publication. For the latest eligibility criteria, grant details and approved courses, please refer to AIC.
